1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ESDN platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Software Licensing

All software products purchased through ESDN are licensed, not sold. Your use of the software is subject to the specific EULA (End User License Agreement) provided with each product. Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or modification of the software is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription Billing

Enterprise subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annuallly). Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

4. Limitation of Liability

ESDN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software or services.
